ReferralMath is a referral marketing platform that enables businesses to create and manage affiliate and referral programs. Our service includes affiliate tracking, commission calculation, payout management, and analytics. We provide a JavaScript tracking tag and REST API for conversion attribution.

3. User Accounts

To access the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

ReferralMath is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or to promote fraudulent referral schemes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Generate fake clicks, conversions, or other fraudulent tracking events
  • Use the platform to distribute malware or malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Affiliate Programs

You are solely responsible for the terms of your affiliate programs, including commission rates, payout schedules, and affiliate agreements. ReferralMath facilitates tracking and calculation but does not guarantee affiliate performance or conversion accuracy beyond the data collected through our tracking mechanisms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of ReferralMath is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our tracking tools complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary consents from your website visitors.

8. Intellectual Property

The ReferralMath service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Tracking accuracy depends on proper integration and end-user browser settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReferralMath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost commissions, or inaccurate tracking data.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
